Talent and creativity
Valencia, Shapes Uncovered' is an exhibition-showroom aimed at the professional public, curated by the IVACE (Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness), in collaboration with the World Design Capital Valencia 2022 Association, which will take place in such an emblematic place in Berlin as the Hallesches Haus, where pieces of some of the most talented manufacturers and designers in the area will be exhibited and where they will be represented from furniture to lighting and decoration objects and, of course, porcelain tiles. It will therefore be an ideal opportunity for design, architecture and interior design professionals to experience live the exhibiting brands and be inspired by all their creativity.
In this sense, the presence of Gayafores at the event will focus mainly on three products made of porcelain tiles: Contrast Cobalto CollectionDeco Core Natural and Deco Marmetta Cream. The first of these, the Contrast Cobalto floor and wall tile collection, is the result of a collaboration between Gayafores and the designer Pablo Erroz and was presented at the last edition of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (MBFW), coinciding with the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the brand founded by the creative director born in Mallorca.
CONTRAST COBALTO BY PABLO ERROZ
On the other hand, the Core Collection, presented at the Hallesches Hauss in Berlin in its deco version and natural finish, represents a material evolution in the form of cement with fine, clean graphics and is an extension of the Cottage style in terms of color range. Its decoration, composed of a succession of concave channels, generates a striated and architectural surface that breaks the homogeneity of cement without altering its natural appearance. These linear structures, which can be laid both horizontally and vertically, are fully in line with the latest trends in interior architecture.
DECO CORE NATURAL
Finally, also applied as a cladding, the Cream decor of the Marmetta Collection, which reinterprets the classic terrazzo as a genuinely Mediterranean material, will also clad part of the walls of the exhibition space. Based on a succession of concave channels that simulate a striated and architectural surface full of style and character, Deco Marmetta Cream is a safe bet for architects and interior decorators who visit the exhibition 'Valencia, Shapes Uncovered', which for a few days will turn the emblematic Hallesches Hauss in Berlin into the great world showcase of design made in Valencia.
